You have a period of 15 business days from the exact date of delivery to inspect your item and submit a complaint, review, or return request to us. Requests made after this 15-business-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If you find any issues with your item or are unsatisfied with the product within the eligible timeframe, you may choose one of the following options:

  • 100% Full Refund: We will issue a complete refund back to your original payment method. This refund covers 100% of the purchase price (since shipping is originally free, there are no hidden deductions).

  • Brand-New Replacement: If preferred, we will gladly ship out a brand-new replacement unit to you at absolutely no extra cost.
